How to change your personal information

If some of your personal information has changed, it is necessary to update your Profile page on the Blockrise dashboard. For example, if you have moved to a new address or want to use a new bank account to deposit funds. 

 

Steps to change your personal information 

Follow these steps to change your personal information in the Blockrise dashboard:

  1. Go to the Login page and sign in with your email address, password, and 2FA token.
  2. Visit the Profile page in your Blockrise dashboard.
  3. Select 'Edit personal information.'
  4. Proceed to the appropriate category (for example 'Residency' in case of a new address).
  5. Fill in the new personal information.
  6. If applicable, provide additional proof (for example proof of identity or proof of residency).
