For account-specific questions, we kindly request you to contact us through email (support@blockrise.com). We cannot discuss personal (account) information through live chat for privacy reasons. 

 

Live chat

Click on the green button in the lower right corner of your Blockrise dashboard to open the support bot. Our support bot is available 24/7. Our live customer care is available from 9:00 until 18:00 on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) to answer your questions. 

 

Email us

You can contact us at support@blockrise.com. To ensure quick and efficient support, we ask that you:

  • Provide as many details as possible in describing your problem and its context.
  • Add a screenshot of the problem you are encountering (if applicable).
  • Send the email from the address registered with Blockrise.

We aim to respond to your questions as soon as possible.

 

Please remember that Blockrise employees would never ask for your password, 2FA token, or Blockrise Seed. If you receive such a request, please contact us as soon as possible.
