How to deposit Euro in your account

How to deposit euros

Dashboard

To deposit euros from the Blockrise dashboard:

  1. Log in to your dashboard on a computer or laptop
  2. In the left menu, go to "Wallet"
  3. Under "Balances" you will find your euro balance, click "deposit" here
  4. Fill in the euro amount you'd like to deposit to your Blockrise account
  5. Select one of the known bank accounts affiliated with your Blockrise account or add a new one
  6. Make sure this new deposit does not exceed your current deposit limit for which you have submitted proof of funds
  7. Either scan the QR code on the right-hand side with your banking app to start the transaction automatically, or;
    • Make a manual transfer with the details shown on the left
  8. While some euro deposits are handled very fast, others may take up to 3 business days to process. Please give it some time. If it has not arrived within 3 business days, please check the status of the transaction in your banking app. 

 

To deposit euros from the Blockrise App:

  1. From the Overview screen, tap Deposit
  2. The Deposit screen opens with Euro already selected
  3. Review your current deposit limit displayed at the top
  4. Under Bank transfer (SEPA), select one of your verified bank accounts
  5. If your bank account is not listed, tap My bank account is not listed to add a new one
  6. Tap Show bank information at the bottom
  7. Complete the transfer using the bank details displayed on screen
  8. While some euro deposits are handled very fast, others may take up to 3 business days to process. Please give it some time. If it has not arrived within 3 business days, please check the status of the transaction in your banking app.
