How to manage your 2FA
Blockrise requires their clients to have installed Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to secure their accounts. In case a client wants to reset their 2FA, for example for a new device, follow the next steps:
- Visit your Profile page in the Blockrise dashboard.
- Click on the button 'Manage 2FA.'
- Fill in your current 2FA token.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your 2FA app.
Have you lost access to your 2FA app? Then follow the instructions on how to disable your 2FA.
