If you are in doubt if an email is really sent by Blockrise, please read our guide on how to recognize phishing.
Please check if the email has the blockrise.com domain at the end of the email address.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- support@blockrise.com
- info@blockrise.com
- noreply@blockrise.com
Emails from other domains are from external parties and are not in any way connected to Blockrise.
One exemption is the online service Scrive. During the onboarding process, Blockrise uses Scrive for the online signing of documents. Their emails originate from the address noreply@scrive.com.
