My phone with my Blockrise App, 2FA app and/or email account on it was stolen. What should I do?

Several security layers protect your Blockrise account, such as your email address, email verification code, and 2FA method (passkey or authenticator app). When you lose access to one or more of these, your account may be at increased risk.

What to do when your phone is lost or stolen

If your phone was lost or stolen with only your email account installed on it, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Login page and sign in with your email address, verification code, and 2FA method.
  2. Visit the Profile page in your Blockrise dashboard.
  3. Select "Change email."
  4. Follow the instructions to update your email address.
  5. Inform the support team about your current situation.
