My phone with my Blockrise App, 2FA app and/or email account on it was stolen. What should I do?

Several security layers protect your Blockrise account, such as your password, email address, and 2FA code. When you lose access to one or several of these items, your Blockrise account might be in increased danger of being hacked. 

 

What to do when your telephone is lost or stolen

If your phone was lost or stolen with only your email account installed on it, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Login page and sign in with your email address, password and 2FA code.
  2. Visit the Profile page in your Blockrise dashboard.
  3. Select 'Change email.'
  4. Fill in your alternative email address, your password and your 2FA code.
  5. Inform our Support team about your current situation.
