The Blockrise Partner Program is an invitation-only referral programme through which selected partners share Blockrise with their network. Partners and the clients they refer both receive 10% cashback in bitcoin on the fees the referred client pays for selected Blockrise services. #### How it works 1. **Invitation**. Blockrise selects partners by invitation. A Blockrise account manager activates the partner status. 2. **Share the code**. Each partner receives a unique partner code, which the partner shares with the client. 3. **Monthly payouts**. When a referred client uses a qualifying Blockrise product, both the partner and the client receive cashback in bitcoin on their own Blockrise accounts. Earnings can be followed in real time through the partner dashboard. #### What partners and clients earn Partners and referred clients each receive 10% cashback in bitcoin on the following fees paid by the referred client: - **Bitcoin-backed loans**: 10% of the origination fee. - **Trading**: 10% of the trading fee. - **Fundamentals Portfolio**: 10% of the management fee. Both the partner and the client receive the same cashback percentage, paid into their own Blockrise accounts. The cashback is funded by Blockrise. **Examples** - A referred client trades €500,000. The partner and the client each receive €500 in bitcoin. - A referred client invests €1,000,000 in the Fundamentals Portfolio. The partner and the client each receive €900 per year in bitcoin, paid for as long as the position is held and the cap has not been reached. - A referred client takes a Bitcoin-backed loan of €500,000. The partner and the client each receive €750 in bitcoin. #### Terms - **Duration**: ongoing until the cap is reached. - **Cap**: €2,500 in bitcoin per partner and €2,500 in bitcoin per referred client. - **Payout**: monthly, in bitcoin, into the recipient's own Blockrise account. - **Minimum**: €50 per payout. Amounts below this threshold are carried over to the following month. #### Becoming a partner Partner status is granted by invitation only. Partners are selected based on the relevance of their network and their alignment with Blockrise. Open the Blockrise app and start the account creation flow. 2. When the *Partner code* field appears, enter the code provided by the partner. 3. Complete the rest of the onboarding flow. The welcome code field is optional. Clients without a code receive the same Blockrise service at the same fees. The welcome code does not provide a discount on Blockrise fees. The cashback is paid in bitcoin to the client's Blockrise account on top of the standard service. #### Entity and regulatory notes Trading, the Fundamentals Portfolio, and Easy Invest are services provided by Blockrise Capital B.V., which holds a MiCAR licence (number 41000029) issued by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Bitcoin-backed loans are provided by Blockrise Lending B.V., a group company of Blockrise Capital B.V. Blockrise Lending B.V. does not hold a MiCAR licence, and Bitcoin-backed loans are not a MiCAR-regulated product. #### Frequently asked questions **How does someone become a Blockrise partner?** Partner status is granted by invitation only. Interested parties can reach out to [support@blockrise.com](mailto:support@blockrise.com) to be considered. **Can a partner code be changed?** A partner code is set at the time of partner activation. Changes can be requested through the partner's Blockrise account manager. **When are payouts made?** Payouts are processed monthly in bitcoin to the recipient's Blockrise account. **What happens to amounts below €50 in a given month?** Amounts below the €50 minimum are carried over to the following month and paid out once the threshold is reached. **Is cashback received under the program taxable?** Tax treatment depends on the recipient's personal circumstances and country of residence. Clients and partners should consult their tax adviser. Blockrise does not provide tax advice. **What happens when the cap is reached?** Once a recipient has received €2,500 in cashback, no further cashback is paid under the program for that recipient. **Does the welcome code give a client a discount on Blockrise fees?** No. The standard fees apply.
