How to use Easy Invest?

 

What is Easy Invest?

Easy Invest is a fully automated way to invest through the Blockrise platform. With Easy Invest, clients can:

  • Invest automatically: Set up a recurring transfer from a bank account to Blockrise at a chosen frequency (for example, weekly or monthly).
  • Allocate automatically: Choose whether deposits are automatically added to the Fundamentals Portfolio (autojoin) or directly converted into a bitcoin purchase (autobuy).

How does Easy Invest work?

The setup depends on whether you have activated your personal IBAN.

Clients with a personal IBAN

Set up a recurring transfer from your external bank account to your personal IBAN (visible under Accounts in the Blockrise platform). In the transfer description, include one of the following keywords:

  • autojoin — The deposit is automatically added to your Fundamentals Portfolio.
  • autobuy — The deposit is automatically converted into a bitcoin purchase.

No payment reference is required. The keyword must be included in the transfer description.

Clients without a personal IBAN

Set up a recurring transfer from a registered bank account to the Blockrise deposit account. Include one of the following keywords in the payment reference:

  • autojoin — The deposit is automatically added to your Fundamentals Portfolio.
  • autobuy — The deposit is automatically converted into a bitcoin purchase.

For security reasons, deposits are only accepted from an IBAN that is registered with Blockrise. To learn more about the personal IBAN and how to activate it, see What is my personal IBAN?.

Minimum amounts

Different minimum amounts apply depending on the keyword used:

  • autobuy: €20 minimum per deposit.
  • autojoin (new participants in the Fundamentals Portfolio): €5,000 minimum.
  • autojoin (existing participants in the Fundamentals Portfolio): €1,000 minimum.

A new participant is a client who has not previously held a position in the Fundamentals Portfolio. Once the initial €5,000 has been allocated, subsequent autojoin deposits are processed against the €1,000 threshold.

If an autojoin deposit is below the applicable minimum, the funds are credited to the client's euro wallet and the client is notified by email.

Important notes

  • The keywords are not case-sensitive (both autojoin and AutoJoin work).
  • It must be one word (not auto join or auto buy).
  • Only one keyword can be used per deposit.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum amount for Easy Invest? For autobuy, the minimum is €20 per deposit. For autojoin, the minimum is €5,000 for clients entering the Fundamentals Portfolio for the first time, and €1,000 for clients who already hold a position in the Fundamentals Portfolio.

What happens to an autojoin deposit below the minimum? The funds are credited to the client's euro wallet and the client is notified by email. The client can then choose to top up to the threshold or withdraw the balance.

Is the order executed immediately? Yes. As soon as the deposit is received and the correct keyword is detected, the order is executed automatically.

Can both functions be used at the same time? No. Only one keyword can be applied per deposit: autojoin or autobuy.

Are there additional costs for Easy Invest? No. There are no extra costs for using Easy Invest. Standard transaction fees still apply.

Can Easy Invest be disabled? Yes. Easy Invest can be stopped at any time by leaving the keyword out of future transfers.
