I have trouble logging in

This article will guide you through common login issues and provide solutions to help you regain access to your account.

 

1. You can't remember your password

Solution:

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page
  2. Fill in the email address associated with your Blockrise account. We will send you an email with instructions on how to recover your password
  3. Follow the instructions in the email
  4. Choose a strong and memorable password to avoid future login issues

2. Incorrect email

Solution:

Double-check your username, which is your email address, for typos, extra spaces, or any other errors. Make sure you do not have caps lock enabled. If you have multiple email addresses, try checking all inboxes for recent emails from Blockrise to figure out which email you have used for your account. If this does not work, please contact support@blockrise.com.

3. Account locked due to too many failed login attempts

Solution:

If you have too many failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Please wait 1 hour and try again.

4. Browser or device issues

Solution:

  1. Try using a different web browser or device to see if the issue persists
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to resolve potential conflicts
  3. Disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might interfere with login processes
  4. Contact support@blockrise.com with information on what device and browser you are using and we will work on a solution with you

5. Network problems

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection and ensure it's stable
  2. Access the login page from a different network, like a mobile data connection
  3. Restart your router or modem if necessary

6. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issues

Solution:

  1. Ensure that you're entering the correct verification code sent to your device
  2. If you've lost access to your 2FA device, please see this article

7. Unverified IP address

Solution:

  1. If you receive a message indicating your IP address is unverified, check your email
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm your IP address
  3. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder
  4. If you still cannot verify your IP address, contact support@blockrise.com
